Article I: Name and Purpose

1.1  Name: The name of this organization shall be the Bambilor Institute of Science and Technology Corporation, also
known as BISTedu Corp (hereinafter referred to as “the Corporation”).

1.2 Purpose: Said organization is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific
purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as
exempt organizations described under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding
section of any future federal tax code. The Corporation is a non-profit organization dedicated to
providing STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) education, and charitable
services to underprivileged communities. The Corporation aims to empower individuals through
education and skill development, fostering innovation, and promoting social and economic growth.

1.          To empower immigrants, minority groups, and under-served communities in Texas and Africa by
promoting access to high-quality Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM)
education. To establish and support STEAM schools in developing countries, fostering a culture of
innovation, creativity, and critical thinking. We are committed to enhancing the well-being of these
communities through healthy living, sustainable agriculture, and professional and personal development
programs. By providing workshops, training sessions, and collaborative learning opportunities, we aim
to inspire lasting change, create pathways to success, and empower future generations to reach their
full potential.

2.          To collaborate and form partnerships with other nonprofit organizations, government agencies,
educational institutions, and private sector entities to maximize the collective impact and effectiveness
of programs and services.

3.          To promote understanding of the English language and share American culture and policies in
West-African countries, fostering healthy foreign relations between countries through teaching, learning
and exchanging our language and culture with other nations.

4.          To empower women in STEM education and entrepreneurship and to advocate for the increase
of female professionals and craftsmen in the technical job market.

5.          To encourage and facilitate community engagement, volunteerism, and service, providing
opportunities for individuals to make meaningful contributions to their communities and causes aligned
with our vision.

6.          To secure financial and in-kind resources through grant writing, individual and corporate
donations, sponsorships, and other fundraising activities to support the nonprofit’s programs, services,
and overall mission.

7.          To maintain high standards of financial accountability, transparency, and ethical conduct,
ensuring that funds are used responsibly and effectively to advance the organization’s mission and
objectives.

8.          To regularly assess the effectiveness and impact of the nonprofit’s programs and services,
utilizing data and feedback to inform continuous improvement and demonstrate results to stakeholders.
